“I had Michael Wingren do my home inspection in 2019. He did an excellent job. He documented all the issues with many pictures and explained them in simple terms. He helped us recover and save thousands of dollars in the buying/selling process. The house was very well built but it was an older home. There was a leak in the chimney that was not disclosed by the owners along with an outdated furnace that was supposedly recently serviced. It ended up being replaced as part of the closing process at no cost to me.

Also, as a vendor he was very professional. He always returned my calls and showed up on time. He was helpful in understanding the inspection document and was prompt with his response to questions.
